Pumpkin and carrot soup


Prep time: 15 mintutes
Cooking time: 35 minutes

Ingredients:

1/5 pumpkin
2 carrots
1 big onion
4 gloves of garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon parsley
10 cl milk
1 tablespoon cream
salt and pepper


Preparation:

1) Slice the onion and the garlic and fry it with the olive oil. 


2) Peel the pumpkin and the carrots. This is the most difficult step of the recipe because the skin of the pumpkin is very hard. Good luck then ;) 

3) Cut them in small cubes, add them to the onion and cover with water. Cover and cook it for 35 minutes. 


3) When the veg are cooked, mix the soup. Add the milk, and season with salt, pepper and a bit of nutmeg for example. Before serving the soup, add the sliced parsley.
