Ingredients:
some cottage cheese
a few radishes
1 tablespoon cream
a few slices of bread
1 teaspoon olive oil, salt and pepper
Preparation:
1) Grate the radishes.
2) Prepare the slices of bread: spread a bit of cream. Then add a slice of cheese and finish with the radish. Season with a bit of olive oil, salt and pepper.
