Zucchini and goat cheese salty cake


Prep time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 45 minutes

Ingredients: 

200g goat cheese
1 zucchini
1 bag baking powder
150g flour
3 eggs
100g grated cheese
12,5 cl milk
olive oil, 
salt and pepper


Preparation: 


1) Wash the zucchini and cut it in small cubes. Fry the zucchini in a tablespoon of olive oil.


2) Meanwhile, mix the eggs with the flour and a bit of salt. 


3) Then add the grated cheese. 


4) Cut the goat cheese in cubes. They don't need to be small, they will melt in the oven. 



5) Add the ham. 



6) Mix the preparation. 



5) Finally, add delicately the cooked zucchini. 



6) Grease with butter a cake tin and spread the preparation. Put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. Prick a knife to check if it is ready. The knife won't be totally dry, because of the zucchini and cheese.
